Encouraging the spirit of enterprise through awareness campaigns and providing assistance for company set-ups, transfers and buy-outs.

In the framework of the European project, PACEREL, the initiative "Lyon, a Business City" (known locally as L_VE : "Lyon, Ville de l'Entrepreneuriat") facilitates company set-ups, transfers and buy-outs. This initiative led to the drafting of a joint charter signed in 2004 at the Entrepreneurs Trade Show by the 17 partners involved. The label L_VE is a vector for communicating about company set-ups/transfers/buy-outs around the Lyon metropolitan area.
