Processing of personal data, rights to access,
amend and remove This site has been registered at the National Commission for Information
Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL) under number 1089971. Personal data collected on this site has originated
from the voluntary communication of an e-mail address when an electronic message is received. E-mail addresses collected in
this way are only used to transmit information that has been requested. Greater Lyon retains all e-mail
addresses confidentially for a period not exceeding two years. The e-mail addresses collected cannot
be passed on to third parties nor may they be processed by Greater Lyon in any way.
Greater Lyon does not employ automated data collection procedures (cookies, java applets or Active X). Our servers
are not configured to collect personal data on visitors to the site other than the following technical data: the origin of
the connections (Internet service provider), IP address, type and version of browser used. The data
on traffic is used solely for the purpose of allowing us to analyse the visits to our information pages in order to improve
their content. Information on browsing is not linked to any names. These are aggregate statistics that allow us to find out
which are the most and which are the least popular pages, the favourite paths, the levels of activity for each day of the
week and hour of the day, the main client or server errors… The confidentiality of correspondence transmitted over the
Internet is not guaranteed. Each user is, therefore, solely responsible for the content of their correspondence. In accordance
with Article 34 of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 regarding information, files and freedom, you have the right to access and

provisions The main elements of the web site (the form, the layout, the background, the
structure…) are all protected by design rights, copyright, trademarks as well as the right of publicity and cannot be copied
or reproduced either in whole or in part unless if expressly authorised by Greater Lyon. Any individual who does not
comply with the applicable legal provisions shall be guilty of an infringement and shall be liable to the penalties set out
in the law.
Copyright The
copyright to this Internet portal is held by the Communauté urbaine de Lyon (Greater Lyon Urban Community) under Article L. 111.1 and following articles and in accordance with the Intellectual Property Code. Photographs, texts, logos, icons,
as well as any work included on the site are the property of the Greater Lyon Urban Community or any third party which has
authorised the Lyon Urban Community to use them. Reproductions, transmissions, amendments, reuse, on paper or an electronic
medium, of the said Internet portal, and works reproduced therein are not authorised for personal and private use in accordance
with the provisions in Article L 122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code. These reproductions must also clearly indicate the
source and author of the site and/or multimedia works. Under no circumstances may these reproductions affect the rights
of third parties. Reproductions, transmissions, amendments, reuse for advertising, commercial or information purposes
of all or part of the site, is strictly forbidden.
Lyon-business.org logo The
Lyon-business.org logo – the proportions, colours, elements, constituents – may not be changed and may not undergo any transformation,
animation or any other process. The Lyon-business.org logo may only be used in conjunction with verifiable information.
It may, in particular, only be used to illustrate a connection with the Lyon urban community or with its partners within the
framework of the Lyon metropolitan area business portal or the actions of established sponsors and partners. Regardless
of the case in point, Greater Lyon reserves the right to approve or forbid any use of the Lyon-business.org logo as a way
of ensuring that it is used correctly and in accordance with the moral and ethical interests of the Lyon Urban Community. The above mentioned conditions apply to the web pages and do not refer to the use of the logo in any other document. The Lyon Urban Community reserves the right to amend the conditions for use of the Lyon-business.org logo at any time and
without prior notice.
Database rights The
database rights are protected by the law of 1 July 1998 and by French copyright laws.
Setting up links to the www.lyon-business.org site Greater Lyon authorises a hypertext link to its www.lyon-business.org
site for all Internet sites, excluding those containing information of a controversial, pornographic or xenophobic nature
or which may offend the general public. The link must take you to the site’s home page and the www.lyon-business.org
site must appear in a new window. The pages of the www.lyon-business.org site may not, under any circumstances,
be included in the pages of another site (frame). Unless there is specific authorisation granted on a case by case basis,
a direct link to an internal page within the site is prohibited. A request to have a hypertext link on the Greater Lyon site,
